• Responsible for answering inbound calls to process PCP Change Requests, send member ID cards, explain to members how to log into portal, and update member demographics.

Bilingual Spanish reputed company Call Center Work Shift and Schedule: - Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 6am-6pm on a rotating schedule (ex. 6 AM – 3 PM). - Weekend rotation: One team member out of the 14 will work a Saturday or reputed company from 9am-12pm on a rotating reputed company. - You’ll receive two 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch during your shift. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
