The Manager, Business Systems is a key member of the Customer Service & Transportation (CS&T) Strategic Initiatives team, providing support to the NAOU Supply Chain CS&T organization by delivering reporting and dashboard solutions to drive decision-making and efficiencies across reputed company and stakeholders. The primary responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Participate in the development of analytical capabilities and digitization initiatives for the Supply Chain CS&T organization, including quick-win reporting and dashboarding/scorecard solutions to assist teams in rapid problem solving.
• Attend and support key analytics presentations and reputed company analytical rigor/technical expertise to improve decision-making in support of product order and transportation processes.
• Monitor effectiveness of delivered analytical solutions - both qualitatively (accuracy, timeliness, user experience) and quantitatively (productivity, improved stakeholder satisfaction metrics).

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience working in data-specific roles
• 2+ years experience with Power BI/Tableau/SQL
• Advanced knowledge of data management and analytical reputed company, technologies and tools
• Ability to execute highly reputed company or specialized analytics
• Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, business, or supply chain, advanced degree preferred
• Data visualization & storytelling expertise
• Advanced experience in Extract, reputed company, Load (ETL) processes
• Familiarity with mathematical optimization and reputed company programming

• Working knowledge of data integration best-practices
• Programming expertise (e.g. VBA, Python) preferred
