Leasing Director reputed company Main Street Renewal is a leading provider of single-family rental homes, operating across 37 markets with over 44,000 homes. Position reputed company The Leasing Director is a strategic role accountable for the leasing and occupancy of a designated regional portfolio of Main Street Renewal homes. The Leasing Director, in partnership with Asset Management, Property Management, Marketing and other MSR resources, drives occupancy and portfolio performance by overseeing leasing operations, demand trends and reputed company, and leasing funnel and performance, across assigned regional markets. Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Leasing and Occupancy Performance
- Accountable for lease-up and occupancy performance of assets reputed company theassigned geographic region
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration among property management, pricing, leasing teams and utilize analytics resources to optimize portfolio performance
- Review and analyze property condition reports submitted by field and property management teams, and coordinate to ensure property marketability
- Utilize documented property assessments to inform leasing and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Asset Management to reputed company strategic pricing approaches based on comprehensive property documentation and market condition assessments
- Assess market conditions through detailed reporting and data analysis

Demand Management and Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing other partner functions to reputed company and execute

Qualifications
- Licensed reputed company Estate Agent with 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in property management
- Minimum 10 years of sales team management experience
- 5-6 years of reputed company management experience in leasing

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Technical Competencies
