Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume customer service position
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
