We're seeking optimistic and service-oriented individuals to join reputed company as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, resolving their concerns and ensuring their requests are processed accurately and reputed company. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to type 35wpm or more
• The ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day

• The ability to talk and type simultaneously in a reputed company and concise manner while interacting with customers
• The ability to work overtime as required
• The ability to work independently under general supervision

Work-from-Home Requirements
