The Role

As an Application Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting the learning needs of our outsourced call centers that reputed company up our CS Operations Latham. You'll be a strong partner to both our Latham team and our global CS learning and development team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Program management: Outline, document, and maintain the scope of reputed company local L&D tasks. Prioritize the importance of identified gaps, document and present strategies, findings, and recommendations to address performance gaps.

What You'll Need

* 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and tool-based learning solutions, including reputed company programs reputed company across a reputed company of reputed company, call center agents, senior call center representatives, rising leaders, and senior leader audiences.

• Experience designing and facilitating learning services that reputed company from a 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom programs.

• Strong facilitation experience in various teacher-led programs for various audiences and training skills.
