The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and empathetic. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to ensure that our customers have a seamless and reputed company experience. You'll also be required to interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, think creatively to solve problems, and adapt to changing reputed company and updates.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
