We're seeking 1-2 Part-Time reputed company-Speaking Customer Service Agents to join reputed company, working 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday. As a critical member of our customer service team, you'll be the reputed company ambassador of our commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and offering guidance on promotions and bonuses to our reputed company-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate product and service information, resolving issues, and offering guidance on promotions and bonuses
- Assist with customer calls for reputed company reputed company-speaking customers
- Partner with cross-functional departments (retail, marketing, tech, etc.) to effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Consistently meet or reputed company agreed-upon KPIs and performance targets
- Engage in reputed company learning through hands-on training with fellow agents, leads, and management to enhance skills and knowledge

- Recommend potential products or services to management based on customer information and needs analysis

Required Skills and Competencies
* Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center strongly preferred
