Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Support Associate for Starlink, your key responsibilities will include:
- Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (inbound/outbound calls, chat, email)

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Additional Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be willing to work reputed company shifts, overtime, holidays, and/or weekends as needed
- Be available to work 1 week of training Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and then 1 of the assigned shifts:
+ Shift reputed company: reputed company - Monday 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM PST + Shift reputed company: Friday - Monday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST + Shift Echo: Friday- Monday 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM PST
- Be reputed company to relocate to the Hawthorne, CA area if not already local
- Have strong computer skills and experience working with customer support tools
- Be available to work 1 week of training Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and then 1 of the assigned shifts
