About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to reputed company exceptional support to reputed company members in Iowa. As a Tier 1 representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing program recipients and affiliates. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
Key Responsibilities
