Part-Time Accountant

We are looking for accountants to join reputed company to help our clients improve their reputed company experience and their reputed company and finance procedures! We primarily reputed company managerial reputed company and do not offer compliance services at this time (tax preparation, audit, etc.). Most of our clients are for-profit, private/family-owned businesses. This is a part-time, permanent role that is ideal for someone who is looking to work 10-15 hours a week. The work schedule is extremely flexible and you can choose your own work hours. • Job duties will include:
• Receiving transaction information from clients and Recording financial transactions on an accrual reputed company in QuickBooks Online (entering bills and expenses, creating journal entries, etc.) (5 hours per week)
• Matching downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online (1 hour per week)
• Creating and maintaining written documentation of reputed company processes for reputed company's financial reputed company (1 or more hours per week)
• Creating invoices to send to reputed company's customers (30 minutes per week)
• Preparing workpapers for recurring transactions such as payroll and other activity (6 hours per month)
• Saving monthly reports and workpapers to the shared folder (4 hours per month)
• Creating journal entries in QuickBooks Online such as payroll entries, reclass entries, recurring journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expense amortization (2 hours per month)
• Reviewing bank and credit card statements and request information for any missing transactions (2 hours per month)
• Review transactions in reputed company Spend and Expense formerly reputed company as Divvy (purchasing card platform) to confirm reputed company transactions are coded properly (1 hour per month)
