We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company members and affiliates, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes, entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system, and maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
