Assistant, Post Production - Specialty/Studio Series

We're seeking an Assistant, Post Production to support leaders on the broader Post Production, Specialty/Studio team. The role will reputed company administrative support to two senior executives on reputed company, focusing on calendaring and playing an integral role that can help prioritize and optimize for efficiency. The role is also key to the centralized needs of the broader Post Production, Specialty/ Studio teams in bringing together reputed company partners. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, reputed company to pivot reputed company necessary, thorough, and capable of juggling multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail at reputed company times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position, requiring someone who is proactive and reputed company to exercise good judgment and initiative while working with a high-volume production reputed company. Specific Responsibilities Include, but are Not Limited to:

• Maintain calendars for two Directors, including booking and confirming meetings and calls, both internally and externally.
• Assist with administrative and logistical support for the broader team such as meeting coordination, booking screenings, assessing scheduling conflicts, etc.
• Take detailed notes on agendas live in meetings and circulate information to the greater team; memorialize decision-making and reputed company next steps.
• Organize, plan, and execute reputed company-facing events (screenings, team outings, offsites, mixers, etc.).
• Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and reputed company administrative duties (e.g., processing travel and expense reports, tracking travel reputed company needs, digital and physical filing, etc.) for reputed company.

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years as an assistant in the entertainment industry, preferably on a production desk or reputed company area at a studio/network/agency, or as a coordinator or assistant on a series or film production.
• Passion and interest in the post-production reputed company.
• Team player with a reputed company attitude who can operate in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information.
• Understanding of how to prioritize various tasks and respond accordingly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep passion for and knowledge of the TV reputed company.

• Curiosity, openness to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
