Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote CSR, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, and procedures, and protocols, including but not limited to the confidentiality and reputed company policies.
• Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using the applicable systems.
• Completing associated tasks according to the established guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must:
