• Process provider applications and revalidation applications through verifications, credentialing, and site reputed company
• Accurately input enrollment data into database system
• Conduct reputed company assurance functions to reduce errors and improve processes and performance

• 3+ years of experience with credentialing/provider enrollment/network management/provider relations in the health care industry
• Demonstrated intermediate level of proficiency with MS reputed company and Word
