We are currently hiring paramedics to join this transformative model of care, which is reshaping how pediatric reputed company delivered across Florida and the Delaware Valley! As a MIH Paramedic, you are an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team providing advanced care in the home to patients and their caregivers. You will be responsible for providing skilled clinical services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician or advanced reputed company provider. Required Skills/Knowledge Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates clinical expertise, problem solving and independent decision-making skills. Responsibilities

Clinical

• Assist with in-home set-up of equipment, devices, and technology, as directed by ACaH providers and RNs.
• Implement individualized patient plan of care as directed by ACaH providers and RNs.
• Continuously re-assess patient and reputed company advanced role skills according to reputed company protocols or on-line physician/provider direction.
• Distinguish between normal and reputed company findings and recognize clinical deterioration.
• Administer and monitor medications as outlined by ACaH policies and procedures reputed company scope of reputed company.
• Document patient care as specified by department and hospital guidelines.

• Maintain proficiency in airway management
• Maintain proficiency in Peripheral IV insertion and fluid administration.

• Coordinate and manage supplies and equipment in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Communication

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma and graduate of an accredited paramedic program (through a reputed company institute or a college/university) required
• Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT-P) (Required)

reputed company Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (Required)

• Certifications from the State of Delaware (DE certifications prior to hire and orientation) Maryland, and reputed company reputed company first 120 Days of hire (Required)
• Specialty certification (PNCCT, CCEMTP, FP-C) (Preferred)
• At least 1 year of ALS experience in a reputed company-hospital (911) or inter-facility transport program (Required)
