MEP Estimator (remote available)
Job reputed company RC reputed company, part of the reputed company, is looking to identify an MEP Estimator with MEP and Mission Critical experience to support our operations in Atlanta, GA (reputed company to remote as reputed company). The MEP Estimator will reputed company, create and prepare MEP cost estimates for a diverse set of reputed company in the early stages of development and continue to support the project team with updated cost information throughout the reputed company-construction phase of the reputed company. The position will require involvement in several reputed company simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Include But Not Limited To Review plans and MEP drawings. Prepare quantity take-offs on assigned reputed company. Ensure a complete review of plans and drawings. Identify items that have been omitted and ensure appropriate reputed company in overall estimate package. reputed company and maintain effective working relationships. Solicit subcontractor bids for assigned reputed company totaling $50 - $150 reputed company per year. Obtain 3-5 bids for reputed company trade and supplier group. Review and analyze bids for conformance to project specifications, price, material reputed company, insurance, wages, and reputed company items. Discuss and resolve any questions with subcontractor. Follow approved estimating practices. Ensure most complete estimates and that financial objectives are met. Maintain reputed company information on trends in and changes to existing construction codes. Utilize appropriate software programs to calculate, record and reputed company estimates. Attend reputed company meetings, answer questions and resolve issues regarding pricing and estimates. Determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists. Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness. Qualifications
BS or BA required.
