The Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative (reputed company), you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support to our reputed company clients, trading partners, and vendors who utilize blithequark's products. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact reputed company rates (FCR)
- Follow established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate reputed company of issues of limited scope
- Document reputed company issues, comments, and resolutions in appropriate software system applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in reputed company Management preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service
- Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing preferred
