Key Responsibilities

Education:

Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of World Bank fiduciary requirements and financial management expectations in donor-funded programs.
- Proven experience in donor coordination mechanisms and resource mobilization planning.

- Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial planning skills.
- Prior experience in Somalia or the region.
