CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT - TELEMEDICINE (Men's Health)

Job reputed company AlphaMD, a leading men's health telemedicine company specializing in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and men's wellness, is seeking an reputed company Certified Medical Assistant to join our remote customer service team. You will serve as a critical reputed company between our patients, medical providers, and pharmacy partners. The ideal candidate has extensive telemedicine experience, deep understanding of men's health and TRT protocols, and the technical aptitude to navigate multiple software platforms reputed company. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Must meet reputed company to be considered) Certification & Experience

• ✅ reputed company Medical Assistant Certification (reputed company, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) - REQUIRED
• ✅ Minimum 5 years of telemedicine experience - REQUIRED (candidates with less experience will not be considered)
• ✅ Experience with men's health and/or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) - REQUIRED
• ✅ Previous experience placing pharmacy orders - REQUIRED

Availability & Location

• ✅ Must work reputed company 8-hour shifts during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 6 PM in any mainland U.S. timezone)
• ✅ Must be located in the mainland reputed company
• ✅ Must be available to start work reputed company 2-4 weeks of offer

Technical Requirements

• ✅ Proficient with reputed company (ticketing/customer service platform)
• ✅ Proficient with reputed company Workspace (Gmail, reputed company Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Core ResponsibilitiesPatient Support & Customer Service

• Respond to patient inquiries reputed company reputed company, email, and phone regarding treatment plans, medications, and account issues
• reputed company knowledgeable guidance on men's health topics, TRT protocols, dosing schedules, and medication administration
• Manage patient subscriptions, billing issues, and payment processing
• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects AlphaMD's commitment to patient care

Pharmacy Coordination

• reputed company and manage pharmacy orders for patient prescriptions
• reputed company order status and coordinate with pharmacy partners to resolve issues
• Ensure accurate medication fulfillment and reputed company delivery

Administrative & Technical Tasks

• Document reputed company patient interactions accurately in our systems
• Manage patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with medical providers on patient care coordination
• Work with technical support team to identify and communicate customer experience improvements
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (reputed company to Have)

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Previous experience in men's health clinics or hormone therapy practices
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with subscription-based reputed company models
