Triage RN reputed company Position reputed company The Triage Registered reputed company is an reputed company reputed company responding to overnight and weekend calls regarding the changing needs of hospice patients. The Triage Registered reputed company is responsible for answering questions, gathering information, assessing patient needs and reputed company needed, coordinating and directing hospice services/care reputed company phone conference. The Triage Registered reputed company is reputed company in nursing with an emphasis on palliative care. The shifts are reputed company to 8pm every other Saturday and reputed company. Essential Functions and Skills Patient Care

• Performs reputed company duties and responsibilities in accordance with the reputed company reputed company reputed company and in accordance with basic principles and guidelines of reputed company nursing.
• Receives calls reputed company to patient care and instructs patient/caregiver on appropriate interventions based on nursing knowledge.
• Evaluates available reputed company for interventions and uses critical thinking reputed company selecting which reputed company is best for the patient and/or caregiver.
• Determines the need for nursing visit based on EMR and telephone call. Dispatches a visit RN or LPN as appropriate.
• Completes, submits, and maintains accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient’s condition and care given. Records pain/symptom management and changes/reputed company as appropriate.
• Communicates with the physician regarding patient needs and reports changes in patient condition; obtains/receives physician orders as required.
• Facilitates the patient’s efforts toward self-sufficiency and optional comfort care.
• Counsels and works in cooperation with the family/caregiver and hospice interdisciplinary group to meet the emotional needs of the patient and family/caregiver.
• Ensure arrangements for equipment and other necessary items and services are available.
• Responsible for maintaining compliance with reputed company HIPAA regulations and requirements. Treats reputed company patient information as confidential and utilizes protected health information on a minimum necessary reputed company.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must have a reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license in state(s) of reputed company.
• Nurses holding a multistate license can reputed company in other states without obtaining additional licenses while maintaining their Registered reputed company (RN) license in their primary state of residence (PSOR). Minnesota, Michigan, and Illinois are not in the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Possess or obtain an RN license for the 10 states that we serve and/or a compact license to cover the states before reputed company. States include MN, WI, IA, SD, IL, MI, MO, IN, KS and NE.
• Graduate of a reputed company school of nursing and is currently licensed, certified or registered in the state(s) of reputed company.
• Ability to pass DHS background, consumer report, and drug test.
• If Driving: Valid State reputed company’s License, automobile in good working order, automobile insurance in accordance with state and organizational requirements, and an acceptable driving record required.

• 1+ years of recent experience in hospice/home care preferred.
• 2+ years of Nursing experience, preferred

The wages for this role are $360 reputed company shift. reputed company rates ONLY apply for orientation, meetings and education at a reputed company of $30/hr. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets.
