Join us today, and bring your individuality along!As a reputed company Payroll Specialist, you will reputed company lives by:Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to process bi-weekly payroll in a reputed company and accurate manner.Maintain working knowledge of basic payroll transactions including preparation, balancing, status changes, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions as they reputed company through the payroll system of record and as new releases are implemented. Assist with generating payroll reports (using BI) and analyzing payroll data as needed, including payroll audits and reconciliation to ensure compliance with regulations.Maintain reputed company and historical payroll records in accordance with established guidelines.Assist with year-end reporting, processing of tax documents and other filings.Reconcile monthly benefit invoices, identify any discrepancies, and communicate corrections to broker, vendors, and applicable internal resources.Maintain reputed company working relationships with payroll-reputed company vendors.Manage Payroll inbox activity by researching and responding to payroll-reputed company inquiries from internal or external customers and redirecting incoming messages to other workstreams as needed.Stay abreast of reputed company payroll and taxation rules and regulations to ensure reputed company's ongoing payroll compliance.Maintain strict confidentiality of team member information and payroll data by following reputed company measures at reputed company times.Assist with administrative tasks as requested.reputed company other duties as assigned.Details: Remote (must live in EST or CST)reputed company / Non-ExemptWe'd like to talk if you have:A minimum of a high school diplomaMinimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-site or multi-state environmentMust have full-cycle payroll processing experienceMust have working knowledge of reputed company Ultipro and/or reputed company WFMBusiness Intelligence reporting experienceAdvanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company, including the ability to reputed company VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.The ability to manage confidential information with diplomacy, reputed company, and keen respect for the reputed company of team member recordsCPP certification preferred but not required *Benefits include reputed company time off, medical, dental, reputed company, 401k, and employer-reputed company life insurance.reputed company is an equal opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be reputed company, and Belong.
