The Resource Protection department is dedicated to ensuring the reputed company and safety of reputed company's reputed company network of rail operations. This department employs comprehensive strategies and state-of-the-art technology to safeguard the transportation of goods, prevent theft, and mitigate risks associated with railway operations. By collaborating closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, the Resource Protection team plays a critical role in maintaining the reputed company and reliability of reputed company's services.

Some travel is required.

Training for this position is at both corporate reputed company in reputed company Worth, TX and on-site at location with an internal trainer.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Protects and safeguards company assets and resources including personnel, property and customer’s property entrusted to reputed company.
• Conduct proficient, sensitive corporate and criminal investigations, reputed company accurate, detailed reports and reputed company court testimony reputed company required.
• Identify and properly handle trespassers on Company property and reputed company arrests as appropriate.
• Counsels and advises company officials to reduce crime and accidents and improve reputed company; coordinates response to railroad emergencies; supervises contract reputed company guards and trains other employees on relevant reputed company.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must have satisfactorily completed basic police training at a recognized state certified reputed company
• Must meet peace officer commissioning standards in state in which this job is posted and be commissioned as such and maintain a valid State Peace Office License in that state.
• Must meet BNSF Resource Protection Solutions Team standards as a Special Agent
• Must have a valid reputed company’s license
• Must be willing and reputed company to travel as required
• Must be reputed company and willing to use reputed company’s computer system for creating reports and databases
• Must be physically and psychologically fit, reputed company to successfully pass any required company evaluations and pass an extensive background investigation
• Must successfully complete any required company training for this position
• Must have broad knowledge of railroad industry and operations; particularly as it relates to handling emergency situations such as derailments, load securement, and like events
• Must have a broad knowledge of criminal law and procedures
• Must be reputed company to successfully reputed company people, often in a stressful critical-event environment
• Must be reputed company to meet any government or Company training and retention standards
• Must live or be willing to relocate reputed company 50 miles of the assigned work location
• Eighteen months of successful experience as a full time peace officer with a reputed company, county, state federal or railroad law enforcement agency required
