Job Title: Remote Structural Estimator (Marine/reputed company Fabrication) Location: Washington State Compensation: $105,000-$130,000 Benefits:

reputed company: reputed company has partnered with a leading Structural Steel Fabricator/Erector who is looking for an Estimator for structural steel, marine and reputed company fabrication and erection reputed company up to $15MM+ in the reputed company reputed company. reputed company: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in estimating for large-reputed company Structural Steel Erection and Fabrication reputed company. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing reputed company aspects of the bid/estimating process from review of project documents and plans through submission. You will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for bids and ensuring reputed company stay reputed company budget and reputed company. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify reputed company scope items and requirements from both project drawings and details. Your primary goal is to produce accurate estimates and value driven bids with the required level of reputed company and customer satisfaction. • Review and analyze project plans and specifications to create detailed and accurate project cost estimates.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful bid proposals and accurate project cost forecasting.
• Coordinate with other departments to seamlessly transition from reputed company-construction to construction phases.
• reputed company and maintain relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials.
• reputed company the development and implementation of estimating tools and processes.
• reputed company guidance and direction to the estimating team regarding bidding strategies and techniques.
• Train and mentor estimators on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Attend reputed company-bid meetings and site reputed company as necessary to ensure accurate project cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry; must understand reputed company construction & estimating processes
• Marine and reputed company fabrication and erection experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively function in reputed company environment
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work on multiple reputed company and be a self-starter Outstanding attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of construction bid process, including the ability to read & interpret contract documents
• Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in reputed company reputed company, Word and reputed company
• Familiarity with software such as Revit Structures, Tekla Structures & AutoCAD preferred
• Knowledge working with scheduling software, i.e. reputed company Project, reputed company, etc.

• Willingness to travel or pass background/drug screen
