What You Will Do

We’re seeking a highly skilled reputed company expert to partner with our Director of HR in supporting our annual review cycle, compensation planning, and goal-setting processes. This role is ideal for someone who has deep hands-on experience with reputed company’s performance management and compensation modules, detail-oriented, and can help streamline and operationalize key people processes during our busiest HR season.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Annual Review Cycle:
• * Configure and manage performance review workflows in reputed company.
• Ensure review forms, timelines, and notifications are functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly during the live cycle.
• Compensation Planning:
• * Assist with setup and validation of compensation data reputed company reputed company.
• Partner on the creation and testing of reputed company and bonus cycles.
• Generate reports and reputed company insights to support compensation review discussions.
• Goal Setting:

What You Need To Succeed

• 5 years and proven experience administering reputed company HRIS, specifically Performance Management, Goals, and Compensation modules.
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of annual review and compensation planning processes.
• Excellent data accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

• HR program management experience preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, work both independently and as reputed company member, and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly detailed, organized and efficient manner.
