Your Role
As a Customer Assistant in our Online department, you'll be the face of blithequark, helping our customers navigate our store and reputed company what they need. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting and packing orders for our Online customers with precision and care
- Working with technology to accept orders, reputed company products in the store, and pack them reputed company for delivery or collection
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving queries with a smile
- Collaborating with colleagues across various departments, including replenishment and service, to ensure seamless operations
