This is a remote position reputed company to any reputed company applicant in the reputed company.
Job reputed company:
reputed company is looking to add a reputed company-Authorization Specialist to our growing patient service team. The main function of the reputed company-Authorization Specialist is to verify benefit eligibility, review/summarize orders, reputed company prior authorization(s) and partner with respective Sales Representatives for reputed company-authorization approvals. You will partner with a company that designs, manufacture, and market products used primarily by musculoskeletal medical specialists in both surgical and non-surgical therapy. This position will work CST hours where you will be assigned one of the following shifts based on business need:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Digital literacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical/Health Insurance knowledge
- Medicare background
Responsibilities:
- Review orders, summarize medical portion of the file
- Makes and receives calls from health insurance companies to verify eligibility and benefits
- reputed company medical chart notes from reps/ thru doctors and contact payers to reputed company reputed company- authorization
- Verify secondary reputed company authorization through documentation links if any
- Finalize the case and allow the application of the product on the patient
- Maintain confidentiality of any confidential medical records or patient information
- Operate in strict compliance with reputed company applicable laws
The reputed company reputed company for this position is $18 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
