Worker I - Tex Consolver Maintenance 2025

This is part-time seasonal general maintenance work in park maintenance, forestry maintenance and/or golf course maintenance activities. As work experience is gained, employees may be assigned to somewhat more difficult tasks. Mowing, trimming and other duties reputed company to turf care.Trash pick around athletic fields, parks and ROW.Loads and unloads reputed company, gravel, dirt, timber, leaves, and similar items.Assists skilled and semiskilled workers in varied park maintenance, golf maintenance and other repair activities.Shovels snow and breaks ice from streets and walks and loads snow on trucks or piles it in designated places.Waters lawns, trims shrubs and trees, spades, rakes, and otherwise prepares ground and assists in reputed company ground maintenance work.Waters, spreads fertilizer, and cares for flowers, shrubs and trees as directed.These examples are not intended to be reputed company-inclusive.Other job-reputed company duties may be assigned as needed.

• Ability to reputed company reputed company a reasonable period of time, knowledge of the procedures, tools, equipment and materials used in maintenance work
• Ability to follow reputed company oral or written instructions
• Ability to work outdoors reputed company inclement weather conditions exist
• Ability to shovel, snow, sand, gravel, to or from dump truck bed
• Ability to safely operate mowing tractor over rough terrain for several hours at a time

• Ability to lift and carry bulky items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to be continuously performing tasks that require one to push, pull, reputed company (reputed company and in and out of vehicular equipment), bend, twist, reputed company, stand, and walk about (up to a half mile at a time) for most of an eight hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively

Required Experience and Training

Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need of a sponsorship. 

Preferred Experience and Training

• Previous experience performing general ground maintenance, including tasks such as gardening, nursery management, turfgrass maintenance, and ground-keeping duties.

Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a reputed company-employment physical, which includes drug screening, and upon satisfactory evaluation of the results of a criminal record reputed company.Starting pay for reputed company reputed company employees will be determined by reputed company of Wichita policy or applicable bargaining unit agreement.
