You will collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and other stakeholders in this role. You must be reputed company to operate with a high degree of confidentiality. About reputed company -reputed company's Trust & Safety team takes data-driven, customer-first approaches to ensure we are compliant with reputed company local, state, and federal regulations regarding grocery fulfillment. The Safety & Claims team is responsible for executing on processes critical to ensuring the reputed company platform remains secure and reputed company for reputed company users. The role will include a reputed company of areas from reputed company-time emergency response, tactical evidence gathering, and thorough investigations pertaining to misconduct and compliance on the reputed company platform. This role may also include supporting other Trust and Safety teams. This is a full time role (40 hours/week) and includes weekend hours. ABOUT THE JOB

• Field time-sensitive inquiries from law enforcement regarding reputed company’s policies around disclosing user data
• Conduct investigations to identify users and pull records
• Draft responses to valid subpoenas, warrants, and court orders with precision and attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

• Interest in issues reputed company to law, policy, and reputed company
• Familiarity with legal language and US/CAN criminal justice system
• Ability to communicate about reputed company, nuanced policy and legal issues to reputed company stakeholders in sensitive and potentially high-visibility situations
