Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Teller/Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service support for banking services and teller transactions
• Resolving customer requests through proficient use of our system tools
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience during interactions
• Adhering to regulatory scripting and customer protocol, as prescribed
• Seeking and capturing opportunities to differentiate the customer's experience by identifying banking solutions suitable for their reputed company or reputed company needs

Minimum Qualifications

* High School diploma
