As a Senior Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and internal stakeholders. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and you will work closely with our supply chain team to resolve issues and improve our processes. Essential Responsibilities
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints reputed company written, telephonic, or face-to-face communication in a reputed company and accurate manner.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years supply chain experience preferably with a reputed company background.

- Bachelor's Degree.
Skills and Competencies
* Knowledge of MS Office software applications.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and meeting standards.

- Ability to take direction and to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
