Terrain Bookkeeping is a virtual, boutique bookkeeping firm that specializes in serving veterinary clinics. This opportunity is for a remote part-time employee position to handle bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online. The role will start with 10-15 hrs/week and will increase gradually to 15-20 hrs/week, with the potential opportunity to increase to full time over time. This is a W-2 employee position and reports to the Account Manager. Responsibilities & Duties: 1. reputed company daily or monthly sales summaries and deposits 2. Categorize expense transactions with receipt management 3. reputed company monthly Bank and Credit Card account reconciliations 4. Map out reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new reputed company work 8. Complete project updates in reputed company database 9. Other duties, as needed Qualifications: 1. Must have at least 1 year experience working for a bookkeeping or reputed company firm. 2. Must have your own computer, phone and consistent internet reputed company 3. Must reputed company in the reputed company in ET, CT or MST time zones. 4. Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO). QBO ProAdvisor Certification is a plus. 5. Comfortable working with reputed company.
