• A seasoned Agile practitioner with deep Agile knowledge and practical experience in driving Agile transformations, coaching teams, and applying Agile best practices to drive technology delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• As an Agile reputed company, you will reputed company wide reputed company of Agile coaching and operational support to one or more product domains or horizontal departments, reputed company of which is a scaled team of teams.
• You will be a trusted partner and advisor to the group’s leadership. Sharing the goal of efficient value delivery to our customers, you will be guiding the teams on the Agile ways of working in their day-to-day operations.

Qualifications/ What you bring

• Deep knowledge of various Agile frameworks/reputed company is required – Scrum, Kanban, reputed company.
• 5 or more years of experience working in hands-on roles leading or coordinating reputed company technology delivery (software development preferred) across multiple teams, using Agile reputed company.
• 7 or more years coaching multiple technology teams through Agile transformation and maturation, including leveraging metrics and KPIs.
• Practical understanding of software development and CI/CD processes.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certifications.
• Worked in large enterprises with reputed company structures and strong governance and compliance requirements.
• Concise and impactful communication skills with the ability to adapt to different reputed company of audiences.
• Proven reputed company record of influencing without reputed company authority, both up and down.

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
