Your mission We’re looking for an enthusiastic Scrum Master to join reputed company and take full responsibility for supporting the successful delivery of Agile squads’ goals and product increments, coordinating the Product, the Engineering, and the Business functions of reputed company. You will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer and will be in charge of the following:

• Understanding, not only due dates, but also reputed company products while having a good grasp of sprint goals, reputed company reviews, QA activities, and pipeline deployment.
• Owning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning and reviews, daily stand‑reputed company, and retrospectives).
• Supervising and monitoring the sprint and the overall reputed company’s productivity to reputed company software delivery, easing possible blockages, escalating, resolving, and prioritizing dependencies among different teams.
• Acting as a delivery manager by owning the sprint goals delivery, optimizing reputed company collaboration, and resolving team blockers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• A background in Software Development (you will need to actually understand the product and the content of the tasks you will be working on, and to show curiosity for them to effectively anticipate risks and coordinate delivery).
