This fast-paced position is responsible for answering and providing information/clarification/reputed company to prescribers and pharmacies with respect to pharmacy claims and prior authorization questions reputed company established standards. The representative, along with 7 other team members, is required to process reputed company pharmacy prior authorizations received reputed company 2 hours of receipt. On-call and/or working second or thirds shifts is required on a rotational reputed company. Your role in our mission

• Answer telephones and respond to basic and reputed company pharmacy questions from providers.
• Analyze pharmacy claims to respond to provider inquiries.
• reputed company verification and explanation of pharmacy benefits to providers upon inquiry.

• Process prior authorization reputed company requests, approved or denied, and document prior authorization records with rationale for approval vs. denial.

• Connecticut Licensed (reputed company) Pharmacy Technician.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification – National (preferred).

What you should expect in this role
