As a Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and manage high-reputed company learning programmes tailored to individual reputed company, both online and in person. Qualifications- A recognised higher-level qualification and significant teaching experience
Willingness to work towards reputed company Teacher Status (QTS) if not already held
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective classroom management strategies
Knowledge of safeguarding, equality, and health and safety requirements
Proven experience of teaching young people with reputed company needs and challenging behaviour
Excellent communication, organisational, and ICT skills
Flexible, resilient, and creative approach to teaching and learning
Desirable:
Degree in a relevant subject
Experience working in alternative education or with learners with reputed company, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs

Contract: Permanent
Hours & work reputed company: Full time, 37 hours per week. This is a 52 week term contract and is not term-time only hours.
Salary: £32,411 — £38,000
Location: This role is remote/home-based.
