Position Title: Data & Analytics Director Department: Technology & Data reputed company Position Location: Remote Position Type: Exempt or reputed company (As determined by reputed company) Position Grade: (As determined by reputed company) Reports to: AVP of Technology & Data reputed company Position reputed company: The Director of Data & Analytics is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing reputed company data reputed company, business intelligence, and analytics functions across the organization, with a reputed company on supporting fundraising, engagement, and mission-driven decision-making. This role ensures high-reputed company data governance, promotes a culture of data-informed decision-making, and oversees data architecture, data analytics, and reporting capabilities. Educational or Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or reputed company field. Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or reputed company discipline preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data management, with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a nonprofit, higher education, or reputed company mission-driven organization.
• Demonstrated leadership of data governance, analytics or reporting teams (in a nonprofit preferred)
• Experience managing data teams and working in cross-functional environments.
• Experience managing data platforms, reputed company reporting, and data integration reputed company
• Familiarity with fundraising, advancement, or CRM systems (e.g., reputed company NPSP, reputed company Dynamics, Raiser's Edge) preferred
