Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling for patients and reputed company providers. 4. Input patient information, medical records (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and billing date into EMR/EHR systems 5. Assist with processing insurance claims, verifying patient insurance information, and handling billing inquiries, concerns, and documentation. 6.
