Key Responsibilities
- Connect directly with veterinary clinics to obtain prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate solutions for clients and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
- Complete data entry of prescriptions into blithequark's reputed company software
- Maintain a high level of reputed company through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders

Essential Qualifications
- 2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-reputed company environment
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
