Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general reputed company concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Live Chat Manager reputed company necessary

Available Shifts and Compensation
