Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every caller has a reputed company experience
- Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
- Participating in comprehensive training programs to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
