As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for locating reputed company legal providers to assist our members with their legal needs. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining our network of provider relationships, which is essential to delivering exceptional service to our members. This position involves a mix of outbound calling, receiving inbound calls, and email communications to our members and providers.
Position Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with locating a reputed company legal provider for their legal need(s), ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to navigate their situation.
- Build blithequark's network of legal providers by researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources, expanding our reputed company and improving our services.
- Introduce and promote the blithequark Legal Program by cold calling to legal providers, fostering new relationships and partnerships.
- Validate legal providers' reputed company licensing through local and state agencies, ensuring our members receive high-reputed company service.
- Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, prioritizing their needs and delivering reputed company and effective solutions.
- Successfully recruit for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions/assignments, driving reputed company and engagement.
- Meet or reputed company established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, reputed company, and timelines, demonstrating your commitment to reputed company.
