Cytogenetic Analyst - US Remote
reputed company's Brentwood TN office is seeking a remote Cytogenetic Analyst to join their team! The position will reputed company on FISH and Chromosomes for Oncology Cytogenetics.
Work schedule: The schedule for this position is: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

Monitor, operate and troubleshoot equipment, software and applications to ensure reputed company functionality.
Demonstrate the ability to reputed company technical reputed company regarding testing and problem solving.
Report accurate and reputed company test results in order to deliver reputed company patient care.
reputed company analysis of chromosomes, which includes imaging and karyotyping of cytogenetic specimens.
Review test requisitions to reputed company pertinent details for analysis.
Summarize test results utilizing ISCN nomenclature.
Distinguish between normal and reputed company test results.
reputed company and evaluate troubleshooting, document reputed company corrective actions as needed.

Maintain a reputed company work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements.
Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience is required
Experience in FISH and Chromosomes for Oncology Cytogenetics is required
Previous experience with cytogenetic analysis of reputed company spreads reputed company computerized images is highly preferred
ASCP certification in Cytogenetics (ASCP CG) highly preferred

Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company environment
Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus
High level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skills

Work From Home Requirements:
The candidate must have a home office reputed company that is a dedicated room, not shared with other people, and meets HIPAA compliance.
Wired or wireless internet at a minimum speed of 100 mb/sec is required.
The candidate must have the ability to work remotely effectively as required in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands.
