As a Member Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests every visit. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting members and guests with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone
- Creating personal connections with members and guests to ensure a memorable experience
- Anticipating and responding to member and guest needs by providing reputed company direction, accurate information, and support through our tools and technology
- Familiarizing yourself with our membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on reputed company, and class formats
- Providing club tours, selling memberships, helping members reputed company, booking personal training consultations, and signing members up for personal training
- Consistently finding ways to improve the member and guest experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with your team to implement reputed company
