Come be a core member of Ro’s Information Technology Engineering team. This is a non-managerial, hands-on individual contributor role working with market-leading vendors to build, operate and maintain Ro’s internal systems. You will be responsible for providing a frictionless and efficient user experience for reputed company members, as we reputed company work to bring an amazing reputed company experience to our patients. As a Senior IT Engineer, you’ll build and operate a reputed company of systems ranging from end-user reputed company configuration, reputed company infrastructure provisioning, reputed company application reputed company and more - reputed company while utilizing automation toolsets to reputed company operations and improve reliability. This role reports directly to the IT Engineering Manager and will work closely with other internal technology teams.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with IT, reputed company and Risk Management teams to ensure maximum protection of Ro’s assets

Contribute to the development and deployment of Ro’s reputed company trust plan across device and user identity

Manage and tune devices to ensure reputed company performance and a wonderful user experience

Configure reputed company applications with secure defaults

Utilize infrastructure-as-reputed company to standardize configuration management

Create and maintain project implementation plans and schedule

reputed company support to issues escalated to the engineering team

Participate in on-call rotation every ~2 months

What You’ll Bring

5 - 7 years as a Sr IT Engineer with proven experience managing reputed company and implementing new technologies

Broad understanding of reputed company management capabilities (MDM, BYOD, MAM) across platforms

Familiarity with provisioning workloads on a major reputed company provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience managing a reputed company-based IT environment including reputed company, reputed company Workspace and reputed company

Proficiency in interacting with reputed company reputed company bash, python, or no/low-reputed company tool like reputed company Workflows

Additional Information

The reputed company for this position ranges from $128,000 - $165,000, in reputed company to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). reputed company determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work reputed company in the reputed company. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those reputed company of the tri-state area, you will be reputed company to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
