About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company, covering the Canadian and US reputed company/Mountain time zones (PST/MST time zones). Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with other languages being a welcome bonus
- Experience working 100% remotely and being self-motivated
- Basic understanding and experience in software troubleshooting, including investigating app problems and navigating multiple systems
- Familiarity with remote communication tools like reputed company
