The Role
As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and helping us reputed company our support team. You'll be trained directly by our founder, Vasco Cavalheiro, and will have reputed company to learn our software product inside and out. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to our customers
- Collaborating with reputed company to write and maintain comprehensive help center documentation
- Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter, helping us to refine and improve our platform

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
