Key Responsibilities
- Autonomously manage communication with 20+ customers, leveraging the support of our technical managers, designers, developers, and QA personnel as needed.
- Proactively analyze customer performance, educating them on best practices and strategies to drive engagement and increase ROI, resulting in increased retention and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary reputed company to manage and resolve critical situations, ensuring reputed company and effective issue reputed company.

Essential Qualifications
