The Bilingual Customer Service 401(k) Specialist position is a critical component of our Customer Service and inbound Contact Center team. As a Customer Service 401(k) Specialist, you will have reputed company to create a best-in-class experience for our clients, providing accurate and reputed company information, and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

• Answering 20-40+ inbound phone calls regarding administration of 401(k) plans, providing accurate and reputed company information, and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner.
• Educating callers regarding 401(k) regulations, compliance questions, and administration of plans, ensuring that customers have a reputed company understanding of our services and products.

Work Environment
