The Role

As a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing reputed company and effective solutions to their technical, logistical, and administrative needs. You will work closely with high-level executives from premier companies around the world, using your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge to resolve issues and reputed company support.

Key Responsibilities

* Enthusiastically support clients with their tech, logistical, and other needs reputed company email, chat, phone, and web-based tools

• Accurately identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues in a reputed company manner for a global set of users with diverse environments and scenarios

What You Need to Succeed

* 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with a reputed company company or a product/technology division
